Headset echoing in party mode..the other people can hear themselves when using this headset

Hi all - so I have a pair of Sony Mdr xb950b1 headphones that I would also like to use with my PS4 Pro when gaming in BR games. The headphones don't connect to the PS4 ( already read about this) without a dongle that I have but when connected through dongle I can either have good quality sound without being able to use the mic either can switch the dongle the chat mode and have the mic on also but with very poor sound quality. With a regular audio cable connected to the controller I have sound but cannot use the mic. So I purchased an audio cable with mic but when I connect my headset to the controller with this cable I have echo in Party mode and I can hear myself echoing and my friend can hear themselves as well which is annoying for all of us in the party. Is there any way to fix this and get rid of the echo? Or I just need to purchase a headset compatible with my PS4 without any adjustments to be made like I am now.

Thanks is advance

Third party bluetooth dongles use a protical called HFP or HSP to offer the most compatibility with random bluetooth units when a mic is used but the audio on it will be crap when in mic mode ... but it is the only way to use the features of the third party headsets which includes getting the mic automaticly to work at the correct level to avoid audio feedback from its own speakers... this is also called Audio Bleed..

The solution for headsets that use built in to ear cup mics with no auto gain when on 3.5mm is to buy a on the wire Boom mic...

The boom moves the mic away from the headset speakers allowing high speaker volume before audio bleed happens...

    There are lots available online..
