battlefield v problem

Hi all,

Switched on my ps4 went to bfv (digital copy) got unable to load, error code 3005-8 .

looked it up deleted und reinstalled bfv now when i try to play bfv i get the loading screen for a minute then it switches off my ps4

any info /ideas would be appreciated console 6 mths old at most, plenty of free space etc , can play other games.

    Start the PS4 in safe mode again and this time select option 3 Update System Software then update over the Internet to reflash the system software.

    If problems still persists you may need to look at initialising the system, if you have to do that backup any important save data from the Application Saved Data Management folder in system settings to USB flash drive and/or PS+ cloud storage, any games you own can simply be installed off the disc again or downloaded again from your library.

    That's not the correct complete error code. 

    Anyhow go to notifications then press the option button and delete all download and upload messages, then go to your trophies press the option button and delete any trophy lists at 0% then synchronise your trophies to PSN.

    If problems still persists start the PS4 in safe mode and run option 5 rebuild the database information in the pasted address below.

    Thanks for the reply, helped me clear some clutter thats for sure, but got a different error code this time.

    cannot start the application

    p.s Did the rebuild option first before deleting bfv then once again after following your instructions but no joy.

    thanks for the advice bfv now playing after initialising the system, plus cleaned out all the clutter built up .
