What's New feed is empty

Hey there, 


I've had an issue with my account last few weeks where the feed simply shows a post or two and 5 adverts in a row and that is all. I have two ps4 Pro, both have the issue and also use the phone app. 

I was wondering if there is a way to have it looked at or a quick fix, I googled around a bit but didn't find much, someone suggested a database rebuild, another said it fixes itself sometimes. 

Not that it is a major issue but it is rather inconvenient having one of the few "social" features not working. If I had to guess i would say its almost as if it happened when one of the people on my list changed their ID, but I read this even happened before that was possible so doubt that is the reason.

Any help would be most welcome, thanks.


Edit: it should be noted also that another account signed into the ps4's does not have this issue either, so it very much is something to do with my account.

    This seems to be an issue affecting some accounts. I don't think I've actually seen a confirmed fix for Tim 

    My suggestion would be sign out of the account on all devices (not just log out of the user, actually sign out to where you need to enter the email and password again). Delete the app from your phone, reinstall it and try that again. Might even be a good idea to delete the user off the consoles and start fresh. Make sure you back up any save data and images/videos you want to keep before you do this.
