Rental movie issue

Hello, we rented the movie Glass and it repeatidly boots us out saying "network lost. Please check connection and try again" this has been spanning over 2 nights now and out internet is working perfectly fine. I have skimmed through the other forums and it seems to be a very common issue with Playstation videos recently. We never had an issue previously.

Can this please be fixed. We would also like a refund on the movie that we payed for but couldnt watch. We are happy to re-rent it when the issue is fixed but dont think its right for Sony to take our money from us for a service or product and then not deliver on their end of the deal.

    This is just a community support area so no one here can directly deal with refunds etc. 

    I'd suggest you run through the fix and connect tool if using a PS4 https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/legal/playstation-store-and-sony-entertainment-network-store-cancellation-policy/

    I'm assuming that's what you are using, though you didn't state what device you are streaming (or attempting to) from.
