PS Store software faulty - Divinity Original

Hi

Sorry if this is in the wrong place - but it is very hard to find anywhere I can make a specific form for someone from Playstation to view and respond to.

I yesterday bought Divinity Original Sin: Enhanced Edition from the digital sale in PS Store. I am in Australia. However, I've noticed that any time in-game when you go down a level or change scenes the sound fx cuts out. Researching this online, I've noticed this is a bug going back to 2016! I've reached out to Larian Studios on Twitter but to no avail as of yet. I am frustrated that this is an ongoing faulty product - I would not have bought it had I known the sound would cut out every playthrough and ruin the immersion. How do I go about getting this remedied?

Thank you for any support you can provide.

The only way to have it fixed is talking to the developer.  But I imagine a lot of people have already done that with no changes by the sound of it.

You can request a refund if you'd like, by filling out the form at  https://www.playstation.com/en-au/get-help/contact-form/#refund-request

As the game is faulty, you should have no issue getting a refund if you choose to do that, hut may take a while as Sony will reach out to the publisher and developer for confirmation that the game is currently faulty before they provide a refund.
