Ps plus problem

I purchased 1 months subscription but checked my bank and it has been purchased 2 times and I have 3 months of ps plus now? Is there anyway I can get a refund and this sorted out. Must be a glitch or error on the store. Also this happened same day everyone was having log in problems and PSN had network problems

    There is a refund contact form but, given the circumstances you outline, I'd recommend that you ring customer support and talk to them directly in this instance.

    Was subscribed to Plus and was deducted $ 59.99 by Al Rajhi Bank and was activated Plus for my account for about a month and then received an email from you stating that you do not pay and cancel the subscription.
