Hello, I am contacting in regards to a recent purchase of a wallet top-up of a £50 Uk gift card. I bought this from a seller via a site called G2A. The top-up I received was used when I received it. I contacted PlayStation UK support, and I got an email to verify the time and date the code was redeemed, and it was before the time and date of my purchase.  I thought maybe that’s enough to prove that the seller has scammed me on the site. Unfortunately, I still haven’t been able to get a refund. Is it possible I can get an employee from PlayStation support to post on this forum the time and date it was used?  The gift card code is *  with this verified I can post this forum post as further evidence for my case to claim my money back? Thank you in advance PlayStation support.

    Never post redeem codes on the forum. 

    This problem has nothing to do with PSN it's matter for G2A who as it happens are one of the most untrustworthy website to purchase PSN cards etc due to the fact that most of the sellers on there are private sellers. 

    We regularly see players on here and the old forum complaining about G2A PSN codes not working. 

    If you want a trustworthy website to purchase PSN credit I recommend CDKeys or Electronic First.

    I don’t see what’s the problem with posting a used Redeem code here regardless, all I am asking is for if it is possible that an official PlayStation support employee can verify and post here the time and date it has been used.

    Sony will not help you with dodgy codes sold from through dodgy third party websites. The trader from G2A has basically ripped you off like many others who trade through G2A.

    There's no Sony support employees active on this forum and if you did contact customer support for assistance via phone or email they wouldn't be able to help in this case.

    I have already contacted them and received an email verifying the time and date that the code was used. The code is not doggy, it is a real code, but it was sold to me used. I was ripped off and I am trying to do my best to get a refund through G2A site with as much evidence I can. So you are mistaken as they do help verifying the time and date a PlayStation wallet key has been redeemed. I just wanted some help here in the forum also by a PlayStation rep to verify further for more official evidenced for my case. I don’t see a problem or it being difficult for a PlayStation rep to post when this key  ————-  was used for me.

    Simply because no customer support agents use this site in an official capacity, so you will not get a reply from them however many times you post.

    You need to ring them if you want to speak to someone who is capable of looking at your account and the sort of information you're seeking. 

    Nobody here can do that.
