Monthly PS Plus content for Sub-Account

Having read all of the support conntent relating to sub-account and age restirctions, I've not been able to get to grips with one aspect of the process. My son has a sub-account and a 12 month PS Plus account. As I monitor and check which games he plays, I have final say on what he can pbuy or download. This month we got the Borderlands Handsome Collection, with all age restictions set on the console as well as family settings, he should be able to play.

Until now, he and i have been playing local with network settings off. However the game does not apper on his list of free games. In the support details I notced that Sony has their own rules they apply in the back ground.

My question is, how can I get my son access to the game for download in order for him to play? Should the faimly settings not take presedent as it is the responsibility of us as parents to decide what we want our kids to play or not.

Simple. You wait until he is 18. Online functionality is age restricted in Europe. You have NO control over this. Family Management is for offline play only.
