I've contacted PS4 through Twitter and no reply to several tweets, anyone have any idea on what's going on?

PlayStation Video is IP and geographical location locked you actually need to reside in the country your PSN account is registered to, if this isn't the case the "content  is unavailable" message usually appears.

It doesn't make any sense, the movie I was trying to watch was available on both store (Australian and French). So locking me out of a movie is completely unfair.

I think it is the PSN responsability to avoid this kind of stupid issue by avoiding someone to rent a movie he will not be able to watch.

For my first trial watching a movie on the PSN, I will just remember wasting my time and my money and will probably continue to use other online providers which are not creating this type of problem.
