My friends has forgotten her password and doesn't have access to her email address, is their anyway to contact Sony? If a phone number is provided can it be UK based please, and how much would it cost per minute?

    Your friend will need to phone support to sort it out. She will need to have a new email address, not linked to another PSN account, ready before calling. Once she has proved ownership of the account with the security questions, they will be able to assist her and update the email address. 

    The phone number can be found in the "Help & Support" section of the Help tab at the top of the page.
    Or inside the cover of any physical games you own.

    I’ve pre ordered fifa 20 ultimate edition and it’s saying I haven’t it’s come out of my bank account and on my PlayStation transactions it doesn’t come up with the purchase

    Did you do as the solution above your post suggests and ring support?

    I'm aware it's an unrelated problem (so why you chose to post in it is a bit of a mystery) but if its not in your library and you've been charged, ringing support is the course of action you should take.

    Need to report information to PSN about a recent Hack to my account all sorted now and back to normal. I need to report the information accurately online through PSN. Been on site and it just gives questions to choose that do not relate to what I need to report to stop this user from continuing his disruption to other users. I do not know how to  do this on line and there appears to be no links to do so. Can someone help please?

    Hello if everyone this really needs to go to playstion hope they see it, I've just purchased destroy all humans 1 & 2 , on destroy all humans 2 you can't open the mini map in game, it says to press the select button  but these controllers don't have it, so I tried the share button and control pad both don't work so please somehow fix this you need the mini map to find locations and important people I loved this game so please sort it out been PlayStation for ever ♥️

     Hi there's nothing wrong with the game left click the touch pad is the select button and right click the touch pad is the start button.

    I got black ops 3 when it was a ps us game I have deleted it recently because I ran out of ps plus but i noticed it had a lock but no ps plus symbol behind it and when I deleted it it wasn't in my library pls help

    To Whom this may concern,

     

    My ps4 froze will in-game so I restarted it but it went into safe mode. it says something about update file which I already completed, I downloaded everything again via USB/internet followed all the steps on the website. it re-updates then restarts and says canot start ps4 and then something about the update again!!! Help me please

    Hi am I the only one who has updated my ps4 to 7.00 update but it's running much slower then before it was in safe mode and I went to the menu part and reinstalled my ps4 like fresh like new ps4 basically and now I signed in and everything and it's slower idk why but anyone know how to fix!?

    Hi 

    I was just playing the last of us on PS3 and the most of the terrain wasn't loading in and the my PS3 just randomly turned of or just made a beeping noise and then a blue screen came on then  thit and turned off then I turned on and I had to put in my details and the time and all that stuff when u first get a console. I did all that and then it asked me which account I want to sign in as but all the names had a star Infront of them example: (*my username) and now when I go on games and load up my games saves it says (this data wasn't created on this account) which it has .

    Plz if you have a solution tell me or if you know what's happened to my PS3 I've had it since 2013 and I don't want to lose my progress DM ME on this or on SNAPCHAT:danyelmladenov OR INSTAGRAM :danyelm2005

    Hi I have the same problem, not having access to my email account and having forgotten my passwords to my ps account. I have loads of non physical games purchased of ps store (worth a decent amount so gutted) so I am hoping to find the uk number to phone playstation and associate my ps account to my new email adress. Can anybody help out please?

     To get the number simply go up to the help drop down list at the top of this page.

    Choose Help and Support, type in reset sign in id , click PS4 and you'll find contact details at the bottom of the page.

    This works for any supported country in the EU region

    Alternatively, if you have any physical game discs, made for and purchased in your country (not an import) the number is printed on the inside of the cover.

    I've forgotten my email and password to my second PlayStation account, I can't even remember the name of it, it was deleted off my PS4 a while back as didn't instead to use it again. I have recently check my bank statement and I realised that I signed up for the monthly PlayStation plus plan, however I would like to cancel that now but don't no where to start as I can't remember any information to do with my account
