Broken PS4, retrieve data on new Pro?

Hello everyone I have ps4 but didn’t work and I want to replace to PS4pro the problem I have a lot of data in my PS4 and 2Tb games in  External Hards so I’m asking if there’s any thing that I can do

    If you have PS+ the game progress should be uploaded to the cloud so that even if you switch console you should still be able to recover the game progress.

    Regarding the games you can just simply reinstall them.

    If you don't have PS+ the only option not to lose the progress in game is to put the Saved files on a USB stick, but that would imply to have the old PS4 start so you can copy the saved data.

    Thanks man and yes I have PS+ and my PS4 connecting with internet most of the time But I really afraid my game progress doesn’t uploaded automatically because I’ didn’t  do it Manually

    Might still be a chance, that is true. You can check by putting the account on a different device and see if they are uploaded in the cloud.

    The games installed on the 2TB extended storage will be fine and palatable exactly as before as long as you sign in with the same account, so thats one problem less.
