Cannot use the content - error

I moved to another country 3 years ago and as i can't do something as easy as changing the country from my account, i got stuck with the recommendation of opening another account (for the new country) for acquisitions only, and this is something stupid that i have been having to manage since then - buy with one account, play with the main account. That's stupid, but hey, that's not the problem now.

The problem is that I stopped being able to open content with my main account:

"Cannot use the content. Only the following users who hold a license for this content can use it. If you want to use the content, purchase it from PlayStation Store. [My Acquisitions Account]"

It's been days that I've been unable to play, trying to reach support with no success. The only option "webchat" on the support page doesn't work.

I've googled this issue and have made sure this console is set as main ps4; ive turned off and back on again; ive restored licenses. Nothing works!!!

I am desperate and decided to reach forums for help.

Sony should be doing a lot better than this. This is a joke!!!

    Sign into the account that owns the licence, deactivate the PS4 as your primary PS4. Sign out completely (not just log off the user, right out to where you need to enter your account details again). Sign in and activate as your primary PS4 again. Switch to the main account and try again.
