Brand new PS4 Pro, loads message saying can’t find application on store

just bought a brand new PS4 pro and ready to download fortnite and re load my old data however after searching fortnite in the PS4 store and pressing download an error message appears saying cannot find application. I have tried to download via the app instead but get told it is already downloading when it isn’t. Help please as it’s brand new and I’m unsure if I need to take it back

    Go to your library on the PS4 and look through the purchased folder and download from there.

    I'm having literally the exact same problem. I've been ignored on Twitter when then couldnt figure it out. Phoned them and told to email their superiors who are also now ignoring me. Doing It through the library doesnt help. It just says cant find application would you like to look in the playstation store. To which in then says start, and then cant find application again. It's happened with fortnite and black ops 4. Really angry about being ignored when I cant play a game that I have paid for.

    Try toggling the systems primary activation to deactivate then activate in account management on the PS4.

    • You can activate only one PS4™ system per account.
    • When you activate a system, other users of the system can use applications and enjoy some of the PlayStation®Plus benefits of your account, even when that user is not logged in.

    Activating your system

    The PS4™ system you use to sign in to PlayStation™Network for the first time is automatically activated as your primary PS4™ system. To activate your system after you first sign in, select  (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate].

    Deactivating your system

    Select  (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Deactivate] on an activated PS4™ system.

    • Deactivate your PS4™ system before transferring or disposing of it.
    • When multiple users have activated the system as their primary PS4™ system, it must be deactivated for each user.
