Filled with six quirky stages and 24 levels, Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess features creatures that wouldn't claim a podium place in any beauty contests - not that they'd want to.Each one dwells in their own peculiar habitat, making a run for it as soon as The Duke appears, having accused them of stealing his woman.
The levels are themed, creating new experiences as you work through the story. Ah, My Magnificent Castle is where the adventure begins, featuring old stone walls and tombstones as platforms; exactly what you would expect as the home of traditional little demon, The Duke. This level introduces the bizarre Squishface Octo-Thing, who must be defeated before you move on to other levels, such as the aptly named Some Gaudy Caves and Big Stupid Tree.
If you are looking to seriously punish some unsuspecting monsters, gain loads of points throughout each level to unlock some new challenges and serve up some justice.
You are provided with hints and tips before tackling each monster, such as cackling louder or showing off to strangers, and these will (probably) make you perform better within each level.
