All the discord link does is Clone the live ID game status to a server that then shows it status on Discord server..

You still require a discord account and a Live ID...

Until Discord Inc and Microsoft create an official Discord app for Xbox, the best you can do is link your accounts..

The hole reason SIE was forced to do the chat upgrade them selves was because no body else wanted to do it, They even tried to sell the rights to do so but the only company at all interested quit the deal...

Now that lithium is gone the URL is now FULL playstation.com based and includes the Language and Country targeted...

This reduces the NON language user jumping forums..

SIE dumped lithium a long time ago now, where have you been...
They also did not agree to move to its replacement of paying for xenforo forums that others moved to..

With the rise of social media and Discord... You contact developers direct now, you only need to contact SIE for Hardware issues... which only need live text chat or telephone...
This legacy system of posting and then waiting 10hrs for a reply and then waiting 3 months for some one to read the post and have a solution is in the past for now... 
This waffle section stops people posting waffle in the support forums...
Theres a bot that should move support posts to the support section as well..

Now that lithiums given the boot.. SIE moved the forum to SIE servers which added the Playsation tool bar above on the top page and added Width adaptive scripts which removes functions... from site based on pixel count reported...
If you create a topic youll get notification increases when people reply this reply should if you di not diable it increase the notification count..
You can see past posts with you profile button labled profile top right...

For those who can't pass a Payment check there are PSN and PS+vouchers...
You have to find an online or pyhsical retail shop and Hand over paper money  and they give you a PSN or PS+ voucher card for the UK/EU vouchers that match your local account. you then Fill in the Voucher codes on the Claim voucher screen of PSN store...

Most of the games in 2019 ive got were games that  slipped from 2018 so after waiting for so long I just waited even longer and got them at discounted price...

If they had released an acurate date to start with they would have got more money but it was clear that the rush to get pre orders in  they were never going to release on there pre order actual date in 2018 and have another delay...

Ubisofts plan to release PS4 and PS5 games of titles at the same time is also going to back fire... delaying the PS4 version just because SIE and AMD confirmed they have enough units to release the  PS5 consoles next year, If im going to have to wait for a 2020 release just for the due PS5 console release then im not likely to care now about those titles now....

Delaying the complete title just to port to PS5 has lost them a sale...

You have a 5.1 speaker set up You want Optical out of your HDTV connected to the sound bar optical in...
You don't want any other connection if it can be avoided as it will be lower quality...

PS4 HDMI > TV HDMI > then bitstream optical out from the TV > opticial in on the sound bar..
This way Every thing watched on the TV  has audio out from the sound bar...

Youtube has not used flash for ages so there no FLASH plug in issues...
H264 HTML5 player is used on You tube for PS4 theres NO requirement to use any FLASH player on ANY site any more..
As Flash has been long time dead product for even its creator Adobe...

Sites Are required to USE HTML5 to get the highest user base to support mobiles so they need HTML5 support for PS4 to have high quality video to start with..

If sites are not using HTML5 thats there issue Not only are they NOT supporting PS4 correctly they also won't support browsers on mobiles so won't have that user base at all...
