I had expected more comments on the paid DLC. I'm slightly surprised by the tumbleweed blowing through. Personally I haven't paid, because I'm almost certain it will follow the usual standard and be crap. But perhaps someone can correct me, is it actually a challenge, these times set by Sir Lewis Hamilton?

If it's the same old where people beat the times by 3+ seconds then frankly I'm not interested in wasting my money on it, but if it is actually a challenge you could spend some hours figuring out, then I could possibly be persuaded to give it a go. Any fedback on the paid DLC would be much appriciated.

I wouldn't get my hopes up with regards to Spa-Francorchamps. PD is under the impression we'd rather have a new intro movie than a new track. Perhaps, if we're lucky, we'll see it for the x-mas update, but frankly I doubt it.

As for the VGT, I really hope there's an interior for once. I don't drive cars that don't have cockpit view. Or, to be more honest, I can't drive with the bumper/roof cam. It just messes everything up for me.

I used to run Logitech products for a long time, Wore out a set of G29 and bought a replacement set, before finally throwing caution to the wind and going for the Fanatec setup.

In my humble opinion the Logitech G29 is a good wheel, you can have a lot of fun with it, I certainly did, otherwise I would never have bought a second set. But the Fanatec is better. Not so much the wheel, altho the motor for feedback is both stronger and more smooth in the delivery, the biggest difference is the pedals. I bought the inverted set, hanging pedals, they really make a big difference compared to the Logitech model. I suppose, if I were to liken it to cars, it would be like having a Skoda or Dacia, excellent car for getting you around, and then you step into a Porsche. It does the same, just feels so much nicer and more responsive. In the end, it's your wallet that makes the decision for you, but if you can afford it then I'm sure Fanatec will not disappoint you. Hope it helps in your decision making proces.

Sadly these late starts prevent me from competing. I wish they would do saturday from 11:00 instead of weekdays up to 23:40. 

As for the increase up to 1 hour race duration, that's all thumbs up.

Colors in Livery Editor -

While painting cars I noticed a lot of colors missing, and it got me wondering, how do you add more colors?

In GT6, if you bought a car, you got the color and could paint other cars. But this doesn't seem to be the case in GT Sport. And the Mileage Exchange doesn't seem to provide all the colors either. So I'm wondering, can you get more colors to choose from, and if yes how do you go about doing it?

On the main screen there's this caroussel of scapes images and museum entries and such, among them I noticed a slate detailing the life of Thomas Midgley jr. (1889-1944).

The thing is,Thomas Midgley jr was not a nice man. In fact it could be argued he is the individual responsible for the most damage done, by a wide margin. Not only was he responsible for millions of tons of lead being dug out of the soil and spewed into the atmosphere, he also nearly annihilated the ozone layer. I thought that caroussel was a sort of honorable mentions, famous people who should be revered, but I guess I was mistaken. At the very least, if it is decided to keep the slate with his info in the game, write what he's done so everyone will know his legacy.

It is also complicated further by the terms of usage we have to agree to in order to play. Like for instance, the agreement to enter Sport Mode says you agree to work for PD, for free. As an employee anything and everything you make automatically belongs to the employer.
