PlayStation Plus games for NOVEMBER 2019!

its that time again where we hear what new PS+ games we'll be getting soon!

the blog has popped up the goodies and what we're getting are... the slash em up, swordy, ninja-poker Nioh. and alongside that one, we'll also be able to grab some super scary, sneak-about-a-thon ourlasting enemies in Outlast 2! are these a decent bunch of games this month? will you be jumping in and giving them a go? is one of them worth a bit of a go and youll see whats what? are both top contenders? or is it a bad batch of ugly offerings that youre not going anywhre near (until after midnight anyway).

both of the games will be up to download next week on Tuesday 5th November 2019! dont for get to grab Octobers games befrehand, right here: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/community.topic.html/playstation_plusgam-Y381/

this months two games:

  • Nioh
  • Outlast 2

both games (and other Plus freebies) will be found here on release date: https://store.playstation.com/en-gb/home/games/psplus

and the PS Blog post is here: https://blog.eu.playstation.com/2019/10/30/nioh-and-outlast-2-are-your-playstation-plus-games-for-november/#sf222457882

Jolly good. Thank you Mr TheNarrator.

I doubt I'll get far in either, but all the same, spookily decent titles.

Oh dear, I think you might be better off with someone else.. like almost anyone else. Even if they've never gamed before!

I seem to recall failing miserably at the Nioh demo but I may have it confused with another game.

I had a crack at Nioh and struggled to get past the very start of the game. I'm a hack 'n slasher, these games that are more strategy based combat do my head in. Go in hard and fast or go home is my strategy, but that's not Nioh's strategy lol :(

Outlast? not a fan of horror games, but I guess I'll check it out

Then you can come back and tell us how scary it is. I was thinking to try playing with my eyes closed (and the sound off) but that might not work.

I'll snag Nioh for sure. It can't be any more painful than Bloodborne, right? 😛

2 games I don't have which is always nice. But also 2 games I probably won't play a lot. But a decent month.

Just addled both to my library but I doubt I'll play Nioh if it has dodge n block rinse and repeat game mechanics like Bloodborne and Dark Souls.

Insert ain't nobody got time for that gif here.

Just added them to my Library. I quite like the look of Nioh. Worth a try i think.

I really enjoyed the first Outlast game. And when I was able to play the demo of Outlast 2 with PlayStation VR. I was really excited and it was going to be a day 1 purchase. But then we got told the full game wouldn't support VR. So I gave it a miss. Happy to try it now though. I love horror games.

Added to my library, where they can both sit and happily collect digital dust.

Been wanting to try Nioh for a while now, always got vibes of Tenchu from it, but also aware it's a Souls like game (really hate using that term, wish they'd come up with something more neutral, like 'Nope' or something). Will definitely give it a blast. Outlast, as much as I'd like to play it, I'm terrible with horror games. Might make a few quid off teh YouTubes if I did reaction videos, who woulnd't want to see a ginger beard man crying with fear!

    @PotentialMonkey

I'd never even have thought about it before reading your post, but now you've raised it as an option, I'm in!
