How to recover your account for PlayStation Network

If you’re unable to access your account for PlayStation™Network (PSN®), you can recover your account online.

Do you have a passkey set up?

If you’ve lost your phone but have the same verification method registered on another device, you can sign in to PlayStation Network using that device and then register a new passkey. 

If you can’t use another device to sign in, please contact us using our Online Assistant.

Do you have access to your email?

If you can access your email address, select Trouble Signing In? > Recover Your Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you can't access your email address to open a 2SV email or password reset email, or if you’ve forgotten your email address, please contact us using our Online Assistant.

I’ve noticed suspicious activity on my account for PSN

If you don’t recognize a sign-in ID, online ID and/or password change on your account, please contact us using our Online Assistant.
