An eccentric art student at Kosei High School who was raised by an esteemed Japanese artist. He is constantly on the hunt for inspiration and joins the group to help people and broaden his horizon as an artist.
The hard-working council president of Shujin Academy and the Phantom Thieves' strategist. Makoto hides her vulnerable side under a no-nonsense attitude, but deep down wishes to be useful to the people around her.
Haru is a polite girl from an affluent family who keeps to herself as she struggles to separate friends from people leeching off her family's status. She joins the Phantom Thieves to help her break free from her subservient nature.
A shy girl who does not attend school and rarely leaves her house. What Sakura lacks in social skills, she makes up for in her otherworldly programming talents. She starts opening up to others after meeting the Phantom Thieves.
Akechi is a friendly and charismatic high school student who works as a detective in his spare time. He is initially critical of the Phantom Thieves but starts working alongside them after a certain incident causes him to rethink his views.
Persona 5 Royal was released on March 31, 2020.
Persona 5 Royal is an extended edition of the original game, Persona 5, that features a considerable amount of new content, including characters, game areas and features.
Persona 5 Royal includes a huge amount of additional content not in the original game including two new confidents, gameplay and dungeon refinements, an extra end-game chapter that completes the school semester from the original game and even a brand new Thieves Den in which to display rewards and collectibles.
