When should I restore PlayStation Store licences?

Restoring licences may help if you're unable to access your digital purchases like games, add-ons, in-game consumables, and virtual currency.

Restore PlayStation Store licences

PS5: restore licences

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licences.
Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed, then try accessing your content again.

PS4: restore licences

Go to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licences.
Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed and try accessing your content again.

If you still have issues, make sure you have enabled console sharing and offline play for PS5 or activated your PlayStation 4 system as your primary PS4.
