    Choose your table

Pinball Heroes on PSP is a fast, fun and addictive game that lets you work your way through four amazing pinball tables, each of which is based on a smash hit PlayStation game. These four tables are based on Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Everybody's Golf, High Velocity Bowling and the hilarious PAIN.

And the best part is that you can purchase each of the tables individually. That way, you have the opportunity to try out Pinball Heroes, master your skills and then add the remaining tables to your collection. Should you want to buy all the tables at once, you can do exactly that by selecting and downloading the Collection Pack from PlayStation Store.

    The ball’s in play

Playing Pinball Heroes is simple: you can use either the L button or R button to control the flippers on the table, while launching the ball into play is done using the analog stick. If you want to use the X, Square, Triangle or Circle buttons to play the game, simply switch to vertical mode.

Each of the themed tables feature various objectives and goals. For example, the Uncharted: Drake's Fortune table tasks you with hitting enemy targets that pop up in the middle of the table or hitting the ball through specific paths to obtain the highest score. The board also features a number of treasures that can be collected, just like you would find in the original PS3 game.

The Everybody's Golf table takes the idea of playing a quick nine holes of golf and transposes it to a pinball table. Your goal is to hit targets to get closer to the green until you can use the flipper as a putter and drop the ball into the hole before moving on to the next one. Of course, it won't be that easy because you'll encounter sand traps and have to deal with wind speed too.

When playing on the High Velocity Bowling table, your goal is to launch the ball into the table and see how many of the pins you can light up to determine your score. The last table, based on PAIN, is slightly more chaotic than the others - much like the game - and the object is to score as many points as you can and keep the ball in play as long as possible. It's fun, fast and extremely easy to grasp gameplay for all types of players.

    The pinball master

Pinball Heroes is uniquely presented thanks to each of the tables being designed around a specific PlayStation game. Along with a whole host of memorable sounds from real life pinball tables that you will find in arcades across the world, the development team has gone to great lengths to replicate a lot of what you will find in each of the games on the tables too. Everything from the artwork to specific sound effects from each of the PlayStation games has been included to enhance the experience.

One of the great things about Pinball Heroes is that it also features online leaderboards, where you can view your scores and the scores of the top players from around the world. When you have finished playing a game, it will also show your current ranking whenever you are signed in to PlayStation Network, so you can continually check your position and strive to better your scores.
