It is recommended that you have these numbers to hand when contacting PlayStation Support.
Scan the QR code on the back of your DualSense wireless controller to see the serial number.
The serial number is also displayed on the back of the controller, underneath the QR code.
The model number can be found on the back of the wireless controller, above the QR code.
The model has 8 alphanumeric characters. For example, CFI-ZCT1W.
