Entrants’ country of residence will be deemed to be the country registered to their account for PSN. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and PSN Privacy Policy. (http://eu.playstation.com/legal/).

4.               These Terms (as defined below) apply to those Entrants who are resident of the Entrant Countries, other than France.

5.               Entrants may be required to provide documentary proof of their eligibility to enter the Competition. If an Entrant is unable to provide this proof when requested, the Promoter may disqualify that Entrant from the Competition and/or withhold their Prize.

6.               The Competition opens for entries on 25 April 2020 at 02:00 GMT ("Opening Date") and last entries must be before 8 August 2020 at 23.59 GMT ("Closing Date").  See Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 for more information.  The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Competition Period.

7.               In order to enter the Competition, Entrants must: (1) complete the GT Sport Mode registration form which shall be presented to Entrants who select the ‘Sport Mode’ within the Game; (2) select, during the Competition Period, the Championship events they wish to compete for prior to the commencement of each race; and (3) accept the Terms of the Competition. Each Entrant who follows these steps will be deemed to have made an “Entry.

8.               Entrants must enter the Competition in the manner and by the Closing Date and time specified. Failure to do so will disqualify that Entry.

9.               The Competition consists of two (2) different championships (each a “Championship”):

a.  FIA GT Championships Nations Cup (hereafter referred to as the “Nations Cup”): The Nations Cup is a championship in which countries and territories will compete for victory. The country and territory of a player's affiliation will be automatically decided by the country/territory of their account for PSN. There are no restrictions on the country of origin of the cars that will be driven; and

b.  FIA GT Championships Manufacturer Series (hereafter referred to as the “Manufacturer Series”): The Manufacturer Series is a championship in which Entrants race using cars made by one type of manufacturer. Entrants will race to be the best racers for their manufacturer and will then race to beat Entrants who represent other manufacturers. Entrants shall choose their manufacturer from a predetermined list of twenty-five (25) manufacturers.

Details of each Championship are set out in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturer Series), respectively.

10.            The Competition is free to enter, and no purchase of any kind is necessary but Entrants must own or have access to a PlayStation®4 and a copy of Gran Turismo™ Sport for PlayStation®4 (“Game”). Entrants must be active PlayStation®Plus members during the Competition Period. By entering the Competition, Entrants accept and will be bound by these terms and conditions, including the terms set out in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 (“Terms”).

11.            PlayStation®Plus (“PS Plus”) membership is only available to individuals who have accounts for PSN with access to PlayStation™Store (“PS Store”) and high-speed internet.  PSN, PS Store and PS Plus are subject to terms of use and country and language restrictions; PS Plus content and services vary by subscriber age. Free trials of PS Plus roll into a monthly subscription unless cancelled. Full terms apply: PSN Terms of Service at eu.playstation.com/legal.

12.            Each Entrant may only submit one (1) Entry per Championship.  For the avoidance of doubt, races listed under each Championship racing calendar shall be at different times.  It is therefore possible for Entrants to compete in both Championships and for the winner of the Nations Cup to also be part of the winning team in the Manufacturer Series.

13.            It is prohibited for Entrant(s) to create duplicate accounts in order to compete, to increase their chances of qualifying or progressing through the Competition or to disrupt another Entrant’s performance during a race. It is also prohibited to have someone else competing on behalf of an Entrant, and to intentionally exchange positions during a race.  In such events, the Promoter reserves its right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify such Entrant(s).

14.            Competition winners are defined in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturer Series) in accordance with the relevant Championship mechanic (each a “Winner”). Competition runners-up are defined in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturer Series) in accordance with the relevant Championship mechanic (each a “Runner-Up”).

15.            Prizes are as defined in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturer Series), as applicable, and must be taken as stated and may not be deferred, transferred or re-sold. There will be no cash alternatives; however, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of a similar value. Unless specified otherwise, Prizes will not include transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses, upgrades etc.) as the case may be, all of which will be the sole responsibility of a Winner. If any aspect of the Prize involves overseas travel, the Winner will be responsible for ensuring that they are available to travel and hold valid passports and any necessary visas and any other type of travel documentation required for the trip in question on the relevant travel dates. If a Winner is unable to produce the required travel documentation for the relevant travel dates, the Promoter may disqualify that Winner from the Competition and/or withhold their Prize.

16.            Each Winner and each Runner-Up may be required to pay tax on any Prize won in accordance with their jurisdiction’s tax legislation and will be responsible for any related tax liability.

17.            Failure to claim a Prize by the time or in the manner specified will make a Winner’s claim invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrants selected in accordance with the Terms. Where the Prize is time critical and a Winner needs to be found before the time to take up the Prize passes, the Terms may state the date on which the Winner will be contacted and the Promoter will contact such Winner at the email address provided by the Winner in the GT Sport mode registration form for the relevant Championship. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner(s). If a Winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made on the specified date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrants selected in accordance with the Terms. Unless otherwise specified, if the Prize is not claimed by the Winner in the manner and by any specified date, the Promoter is not obliged to award the Prize to the next eligible Entrant.

18.            The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any Competition entry, or any other correspondence related to the Competition, being lost or not being properly registered whatsoever as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

19.            The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which an Entrant suffers as a direct or indirect result of the Prize and/or the Competition. However, the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused as a result of its negligence.

20.            All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Prize and/or the Competition are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21.            If any Prize is found to be ineffective, faulty or damaged upon receipt, the Promoter must be notified in writing within seven (7) days of receipt, otherwise the Prize will be deemed to be accepted as received.  This does not affect a Winner’s and/or a Runner-Up’s statutory rights (if any).

22.            Each Winner and Runner-Up agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter. To opt-out of such publicity, the Winner or Runner-Up should notify the Promoter.

23.            Personal information which Entrants provide when they enter will be held and used only by the Promoter, its group companies, and its suppliers and contractors to administer the Competition and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/legal/privacy-policy/ and as expressly agreed by an Entrant.

24.            The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish each Winner’s and each Runner-Up’s name on the Promoter’s website(s). Each Winner’s and each Runner-Up’s name will be made available on reasonable request to those individuals enclosing a self-addressed envelope marked ‘FIA Gran Turismo™ Championships 2020’ to the following address: Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe Limited, 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP United Kingdom within six (6) weeks of the Closing Date. If a Winner or Runner-Up objects to their name being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. Please note that the Promoter may be required to provide this information to a regulator.

25.            In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

26.            The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition, in its entirety or in part, or amend these Terms at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside its control.

27.            If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfil any Prize awarded. If an Entrant fails to comply with these Terms, including Schedule 1 and/or Schedule 2, or uses multiple accounts and/or any automated system to enter, they will be excluded from the Competition and their Entry will be declared void.

28.            The “Promoter” is: Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe Limited, 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP United Kingdom.

29.            To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the contract between each Entrant and the Promoter shall be deemed to have been formed and performed in England.
