How to report content on PlayStation Network

Should I send a report?

If you are unsure if you should make a report you can check the Community Code of Conduct to find out if the user is breaking the rules. If you think a player hasn’t broken the Community Code of Conduct, but you don’t want to interact with them on PlayStation Network (PSN), you can block them so they can’t contact you directly in future.

If you want to report anything in-game; for example a user is being abusive in a game environment or is cheating you can report them from within the game. See our 'How to report in-game behaviour' article for more information on this.
