How to use your PlayStation Vita to change your sign-in ID (email address)

How do I change my sign-in ID?

  1. Connect to the internet and from the Home Screen, select [Settings] > [PlayStation Network] and Sign-in.
  2. Change your details on the 'Account Information' page and tap 'Confirm'.
  3. If you are changing a sub account sign-in ID the master account will need to authorise this by entering their password.
  4. You can now sign-in to your account using your new Sign-in ID.
  5. You will receive an email from playstationnetwork@ac.playstation.net at both your original and new email addresses to notify you of the change.
