If the owner of a payment method used for PlayStation Store purchases disputes those charges with their payment provider, the account on PSN will be suspended until the debt has been repaid.

To prevent future PlayStation Network suspensions for chargebacks, please secure your account by setting up ‘Require Password at Checkout’ on PlayStation Store. If you are a Family Manager, you can enable spending limits on child accounts.
