What is Townsmen VR?

Build a medieval village within a completely interactive, simulated world.

Combining elements of god-game simulation and classic building games, Townsmen VR expands on these experiences with innovative PlayStation VR2 controls and a fully-voiced campaign.

Start your own medieval settlement with over 20 unique and upgradable buildings to choose from. Expand across 13 islands and archipelagos by collecting materials and either helping or 'encouraging' Townies to work by slapping them with a fish. Build farms and fill them with animals, harvest grain and bake bread for your village residents.

Ward off intruders and pirate invasions by recruiting soldiers, and provide heavy artillery when they threaten to overwhelm your defences.

Observe your creation from a distance in birds-eye view, or from the view of a townsman. Shrink yourself to experience your town at eye level with your Townies.

Build

Unlock more than 20 unique buildings and place them freely within your village to optimise transport routes. Apply upgrades to make them better!

Grow

Assign jobs and tasks to your villagers to build your supply chains and economy. Expand your reach across 13 islands and conduct research for further upgrades of your buildings.

Defend

Recruit brave soldiers and build catapults, bows and crossbows to protect your island from the Black Knight's raiding henchmen.

Sandbox mode

Ultimate god-mode

Get creative with customisable game conditions in free play. Decide for yourself which tasks you want to complete and enjoy total freedom.
