About downloading products (as a purchase or for free)

  • You cannot purchase products using a PC Web browser while PlayStation®Store is under construction.
  • You can re-download products that you purchased before in [Download List] under [Account Management].
  • If you have access to the Internet using a wireless connection, you can download products (as a purchase or for free) from PlayStation®Store on the PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) system. (The system software must be version 5.00.)
  • If you have a PLAYSTATION®3 system, you can download products (as a purchase or for free) for use on the PSP™ system from PlayStation®Store on the PS3™ system.

About account management

You can use the account creation and account management features of PlayStation®Network while PlayStation®Store is under construction. Select here to go to the sign-in screen. You can use the following features in [Account Management]:

Account Management

  • Edit Billing Information
  • Change Sign-In ID (E-mail Address)
  • Change Password‎
  • Edit Name and Address‎
  • Activate/Deactivate PSP™ System‎
  • Update Notification Preferences

Transaction Management

  • Add Funds: Credit Card
  • Redeem PlayStation®Network Card or Promotion Code
  • Manage Wallet Options
  • View Transaction History
  • View Download List
  • View Services

You must install PlayStation®Network Downloader on your PC to download items in your download list.
